Regents Have Peaceful Meeting. Yesterday's meeting of the U-M Board of Regents proved, as seen here, to be a peaceful affair observed by about two dozen students, in contrast to last month's interruption by 500 activists who crowded into the room. Faculty and student observers agreed last month's scene might have been repeated if regents had not approved a revised campus bookstore plan. Approval came by a vote of 5-3.
