ENDORSES PRESIDENT'S BALL: Mrs. Albert J. Rapp of the President's ball committee found an enthusiastic first customer in Robert O. Morgan, assistant general secretary of the University alumni association. Mr. Morgan, shown making the purchase, is recovering from infantile paralysis and believes the proposed national foundation, to be established with the proceeds of all dances, merits nationwide support.
