Carol Karbin works from a grim morgue photo in an attempt to reconstruct the features of an infant whose body was found May 14 floating in the Huron River near the Broadway Bridge. Police have ben unable to identify the child, and hope, in what one officer called an "extreme long-shot," that with Kabrin's portrait someone will recognize the baby.
