Hamer Transferred To Whitney Theater
E. G. Hamer, manager of the Wuerth theater for the past few years and former manager of the Orpheum theater, has been transferred to the Whitney theater, it is announced by E. C. Beatty, president of the W. S. Butterfield theaters.
Robert Savage, formerly of the Family theater in Adrian, has been named manager of the Wuerth theater. He has just completed four years of Army service.
Remodeling of the Whitney theater into a larger and entirely modern theater for the downtown section will be done as soon as restrictions of materials are lifted.
