New Argus Reflex Camera

Argus. Inc., has started shipping to distributors all over the
country its new model EM Argoflex camera, pictured above. The
camera, housed in an aluminum case, sells for approximately $3
more than the former Argoflex model which had a plastic case.

Distribution began this week on
a new model Argoflex cam'era
made locally by,Arg^s, Inc.

The main difference between the
new EM model and its predecessor
is that the new camera is housed
in an aluminum rather than a.
plastic case.

The company has also announced
a price change effective today,
which makes the camera cost
$72.90, including the federal excise
tax and a leather carrying case, as,
compared to the $69.63 price tag'
m the older model. •

The Varex f 4.5 "taking" lens is
coated, color-corrected and ana-
stigmatic. It has a 75mm focal
ienpth and can be stopped down to
f 18.

An f 4.5 lens, twin of the "tak-
ing" lens, is used for reflex focus-
ing. Critical focusing is achieved
through use of a magnifier built
into the focusing hood. ;'
