JEAN REYNOLDS, JAMES WOODS EXCHANGE VOWS

Jean Elizabeth Reynolds, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bert C. Reynolds of Montclair Pl., and James Halbert Woods, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Damon C. Woods of Waxahachie, Tex., were married last night in St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.

Dr. Henry Lewis performed the ceremony before members of the immediate families. Mrs. Robert Kretzschmar of Pittsfield Village attended the bride and George G. Woods of Arlington, Va., acted as best man for his brother.

For her wedding the bride chose a slate blue satin dress styled with a stand-up collar, V-neckline, fitted bodice, and full, ballerina-length skirt. She wore a matching cloche hat trimmed with ostrich plumes and carried a bouquet of shattered carnations centered with pink carnations.

Mrs. Kretzschmar wore a taupe wool crepe dress with matching accessories and carried a bouquet of pink roses.

A reception in the home of the bride’s parents followed the ceremony.

Mr. Woods and his bride will make their home here. A member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, he will be graduated in February from the University’s School of Business Administration.
