Funeral services for Mrs. Amanda E. Everett, 71, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Staffan-Hildinger Funeral Home, the Rev. Erland J. Wangdahl officiating.
Mrs. Everett, the wife of Prof. E. S. Everett of 1421 Harpst St., died yesterday following a heart attack.
She was born on May 5, 1882, in Chicago, a daughter of Burton and Elizabeth Cowen.
A resident of Ann Arbor since 1915, Mrs. Everett was a member of the Ann Arbor Garden Club, the Detroit Society for Genealogical Research and Historical Society, the Washtenaw Historical Society and the University Faculty Women’s Club.
Beside her husband, she is survived by one sister, Miss Estelle Cowen of Ann Arbor.
Burial will be in Forest Hill cemetery.
