Ypsilanti city Recreation Director Edwin L. (Bud) Abbott will be installed Thursday as the new president of the Ypsilanti Optimist Club, succeeding Leonard K. Stark. Abbott and other new officers were elected to one-year terms recently. All will be installed and take office at the organization's regular dinner meeting.
