Library Patron-At Age Three

You’re never too young to learn, according to three-year-old Wendy Northrup who hands her book to Mrs. J. D. Woods, a librarian at the Ann Arbor Public Library. The library, which is celebrating National Library Week, gave Wendy her library card last September. Wendy, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William G. Northrup of 3123 Platt, was taught the alphabet, numbers and some small words by her father, who devised a method consisting of rhyming associations referring to pictures.
