The Moak'ipal Court exami-
iiation on'the obscenity case in-
evolving the film "We FlamlB^
Creatures" was scheduled to;

The examinancnPCegan last
January shortly after city po-
lice had seized the film while
it was being shown in the Ar-
chitecture and Design auditori-
um on the University campus.
Two University coeds and a
'male student and a University
instructor are charged with
showing an obscene and lewd
motion picture.
When the examination was
resumed last month the film
was shown in its entirety in
the City Council Chambers.
Part of the movie had been
shown in the court room last
January. Judge Elden has ruled
the film is admissible as e¥l_
dence. M
