"They paved paradise and put up a parking lot" con-
tends a new sign. in a boarded-up window of a house at 326
S. Fifth Ave. The house will become U.S. property at 6
p.m. Saturday, clearing the way for construction of the
new federal building. The house contained the office of at-
torney Pauline R. Rothmeyer and was home for several
