Gelman Sciences Inc. of Ann Arbor has appointed three new filtration division technical representatives for the Dallas, Kansas City and Orlando, Fla., areas. The staff expansion reflects the division’s rapid growth in the electronics, pharmaceuticals, beverages, chemicals and biologicals industries, according to Richard Smith, Gelman national sales manager. Named to represent the Kansas City area was William Doelker, formerly with Ortho Diagnostics in Texas. James B. Adams will serve the Orlando area. He previously was with Invenex Laboratories in Orlando. Larry R. Reynolds, who will represent Gelman in the Dallas area, was with Climet Instruments in California before joining the Ann Arbor-based firm. Gelman, with operations in five countries, develops and manufactures microfiltration products and systems and biomedical apparatus for the health care, laboratory and process industries.
