Parade ot Gelman suits may fill an auditorium

The June 18 article indicated another group was suing Gelman Sciences Inc. over the alleged contamination. Everyone in the community seems to be intent on playing courtroom lottery. The group named Gelman Sciences Inc., its chemical suppliers, and Charles Gelman personally. It failed to name the city that forced them to annex and the township that made an illegal annexation agreement.

Pretty soon Judge Patrick Conlin will have to hold his trials in a high school auditorium.

Nobody seems concerned with a cleanup except Gelman Sciences.

If I were Gelman, I would sue the citizens group blocking the cleanup for damage to the environment and to Gelman Sciences Inc. property. Why look to a scenario where everyone sues everyone in sight. Why not forget the courts and clean up now?
