John M. Feiner, owner and manager of Feiner's Inc., a glass and paint company, is a candidate for the Democratie nomination for mayor. He faces Franz Mogdis and Eob, ert Elton in the Feb. 19 city primary, j In his statement of candidaI cy Feiner said: : "If elected mayor I will do all I can to help make Ann Arbor a community its citiI zens are proud of. "Whether you reside here a I ■ day, a year or a lifetime I bej lieve you are entitled to and I should receive all the normal I city provided services equal I to or better than you have I had in the past. If as mayor I I do only one thing to improve I the environment for the citiI zens of Ann Arbor, and I cerI tainly hope I can do more I than just one, I will be able to I look back on my term as I mayor and say to myself, "I I helped make Ann Arbor a betI ter place to live, not only for myself and family but for all the citizens of Ann Arbor.'
