The graduating class of the Ami Arbor high school beid their exereises Weduesday at the Cliftonf House, Whitmore Lake. The elass oratiou was delivered by Austiu C. Gormley and was entitled "Xot the End but the Beginning"7 which apprópriately desciibed the lesson taught in the oration. The poem the Gail of Wisdom, was read by Miss Matilda Neumann. Hay J. McColl read the class history f rom which we ünd that the class consists of 80 members. their aggregate age being 53,239 daya and height -5,3ö7 inches. The two tallest members are six feet and the shortest üve feet. The aggregate weight is 10,407 pounds. The class prophecy by Miss Kellie Cutler followed after ïnusic after which Hattie V. Iiaviland read her essay, All the World"s a Stage. The whole class joined in singiug the class song to the tune of "Greenville" and the class president. Marión G. Paul made a very brief closing address. Dinner was held in the grove and the. banquet was spread at uine. Dancing in the hall followed the banquet and the happy seniors returned home at not an earlv hour.
