University and city leaders are uniting in the worthwhile project of raising funds for the aid of Finnish war refugees. Immediate efforts are furthering plans for a benefit concert Feb. 27. Mrs. A. C. Furstenberg, seated at the right, is chairman of the ticket committee, while seated at the left is Mrs. Cora Holland, secretary of the general committee. Standing, left toright are: Prof. William D. Revelli, conductor of the University bands, Dr. Alexander G. Ruthven, president of the University, Mayor Walter C.
