TESTING FOR RADIOACTIVITIY: Mrs. Dale Perin (above) of 1608 Ferndale St., called the Civil Defense office this morning when she found a bottle on her mantle with a label reading: "Caution: Radioactive Material." Charles Knorpp of the Civil Defense control center group on radioactivity tests the bottle with a Geiger counter but finds no trace of radioactivity. Ann Arbor Police Officer Walk Hawkins assists him. Knorpp said the bottle probably contained radioactive iodine at one time. Mrs. Perin said she did not know how the bottle got into her house.
