STATE POLICE GRAVES DECORATED: All graves of deceased Michigan State Police officers in the state were decorated today with individual Michigan flags. (Mickey) Mongiat, commander of the MSP detachment there, who placed state flags on the graves of two former officers. Here he pauses at the grave of Sgt. Jess B. Ralph, a retired former commander of the Ypsilanti detachment who died two years ago, while Trooper Earl H. Fink salutes.
