These nonogenarians who are residents of the Methodist Old People's home at Chelsea will be honor guests at a special program arranged for 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the home. Rowe, 92, whose former home was in Birmingham, Mrs. Harriet Carhart who came from Pontiac, and is 93 years old, Miss Alvira Whipple, formerly of Belleville, 90 years old, and Mrs. Susan A.
