Making last-minute preparations for this evening's Education Day Open house at Abbot School are Mrs. Alice Tipton, Abbot art teacher, and Roy Sutfin, a fourth grader. Held in conjunction with Education Day of Michigan Week, the open house will be held for the public from 3:15 to 8 p.m. Featured at the event will be student art, science, mathematics and social studies exhibits. Other activities also mark the day.
