NEW HOME FOR BETH ISRAEL: The former Adams residence at 1429 Hill St. is the new synagogue of the congregation Beth Israel. Members plan to hold the first services in the new building Friday. Future plans of the congregation call for the razing of the present structure and erection of a synagogue on the Hill St. site.
