War Dead List Grows Carl A. Heldt, director of the county office of veterans affairs, looks at the growing list of Washtenaw County men killed in Vietnam. Twelve names have recently been added to the Vietnam-Korea memorial plaque in the south lobby of the county building. They are: Eugene R. Suarez, Neil Stehle, Gary Shepperdson, Richard M. O'Neal, Charles Miller, Charles P. Brown, and George V. Airey, all of Ann Arbor; James Bryan, Milan; James L. McIlvoy, South Lyon; Russell Michalke, Saline; and Larry Adams, Ypsilanti. More names are still to be added.

Vietnam Dead On Plaque: The names of county servicemen killed in Vietnam are added to the plaque on the south wall of the lobby in County Building which lists county war dead. The plaque also lists servicemen killed in both World Wars and the Korean War.
