New Police Map: Ann Arbor Police Lt. Harold E. Olson and Policewoman Mrs. Ann Tapp check a new 6x6-foot wall map of the city which will be used at police headquarters for emergency programs. Chief Casper M. Enkemann and Sgt. Herb Kapp made the frame and a metal background for the map. Magnetized bits of metal will be used to designate positions of various police units sent to various sections of the city.
