Being Remodeled: The former Roach Printing Building at 415 Detroit St. has been purchased by Arbor "A" Inc., a group of local businessmen interested in the redevelopment of depressed downtown areas, and is presently being remodeled. Occupancy is expected in about 60 days. The firm is spending $29,000 to remodel the basement and first floor and $10,500 to make alterations on the second floor.
