Chiefs Talk About Old Times - Two chiefs got together the other day to reminisce. Ann Arbor Police Chief Walter E. Krasny (right) went to the W. Liberty Street home of retired Chief Casper M. Enkemann to present the former chief with a plaque from officials of the Michigan Police Chiefs Association. Enkemann, a policeman here for 30 years before his retirement in 1960, headed the chiefs' group during his tenure. The plaque honored the ex-chief for his service.
