Warren Kays of 1605 Ferndale Pl., owner of the Kays Press, was the original organizer over three years ago. Shown looking over the printing operations in Kays' shop are (left to right) Stanton E. Tomkins of 734 Spring St., J. B. Strickland of 418 Thompson St., Mrs. Kays, Kays, and Mrs. Burton Vincent of 1132 White St. Purpose of the organization is to apply Christian principles of morals and ethics to the problems and progress of civic administration.
