Members of the Senate war production investigating committee left Ann Arbor by train yesterday afternoon after an inspection of the Ford Willow Run bomber plant. They were brought here from the plant by George Meader. Shown at the Michigan Central station are (left to right) Hugh Fulton, former Ann Arbor resident who is the committee's council; Senator Harley M. Kilgore (D), West Virginia; Senator Harry S. Truman (D), Missouri, the committee chairman; Prosecutor Meader; and Senator Mon C. Wallgren (D), Washington, chairman of the aviation subcommittee. (Story on page 3).
