Retires: Seward Oliver, owner of Oliver's Barber Shop of 117 W. Washington St., is shown as he gave one of his final haircuts to Rex Carter of near Milan. Oliver, who estimates he has given "half-a-million" haircuts in 48 years, retired yesterday.
