Fatal Blast: Milan Police Chief Thomas Goodridge and Clarence Southward check the empty gasoline storage tank where a garage welder was killed and another man seriously injured in an explosion yesterday. Southward escaped injury although he was standing only four feet from the tank at the time. He was not even knocked off his feet.
