Well Stuffed Scarecrow - Four of about 75 Eberwhite Elementary School students who made "Hercules the Scarecrow" pose with him. (Left to right) Sally Rosasco, fifth grade; Robin Robinson, third grade; Jill Veigel, first grade; and Eugene Smith, fifth grade. Eberwhite Principal Mary Lou Chaffee called for volunteers to work on the scarecrow with her after school Monday and so many from all grades turned out that the project took less than an hour from start to cleanup. The jack-o'lantern is one of more than 15.
