Polio Victim Has Split Day - Blance Bourassa, 19-year-old Flint polio victim, is studying accounting half of each day at Cleary College in Ypsilanti. The other half day, she undergoes physical therapy treatments in the department of physical medicine and rehabilitation at University Hospital. Blance, who lives at the Pemberton-Welsh nurses home, 1205 Catherine St., in Ann Arbor, is here through co-operation of the State Vocational Rehabilitation Division and the national Foundation for Infantile Paralysis.
