LITTLE ARTISTS SIGN UP: There may be a future Rembrandt or Katherine Cornell in the crowd. At least, Ann Arbor children are being given an early chance to develop their talents in creative dance, art and children's theater classes to be offered jointly by the new Dramatic Arts Center and Ann Arbor recreation department beginning Sept. 25 at Ann Arbor high School. The registration scene here took place in Ann Arbor High School's gymnasium Saturday will be repeated Saturday from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Fees are charged.
