Courthouse Tree Goes Up - Braving yesterday's swirling snowstorm, Junior Chamber of Commerce members decorated the big Christmas tree on the Courthouse lawn last night. Lighting of the tree later last night symbolized the beginning of the home and store Christmas decorations contest co-sponsored this year by the JCC and The Ann Arbor News. JCC members Gilbert Caswell and Dr. Walter K. Jarvis are shown at work on the light-stringing project.
