Families, friends, veterans and even a band gathered at the bus station early this morning to see about 25 young men off to a new way of life, Army life. The bus left about 6 a.m. and stopped at Ypsilanti where there was a similar send-off for the draftees. The Washtenaw County Council of Veterans provided gifts, advice and refreshments.
