FIRST EDITIONS - Fran Wright, Apphia Parsons, 10, and her mother Mary Parsons look at some of the first editions that will be featured when Friends of the Library reopen their book shop for a preview night, members only, on Friday from 6-9 o'clock. The shop, located in the Public Library at Fifth and William, will be open to the public on Saturday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Books available for Friday's silent auction include first edition works of Isaac Asimov, William Faulkner, Dylan Thomas and James Baldwin.
