Breath-Test Training Session Held: Assistant Prosecutor Robert C. Creal, upper left, discusses printed instructions on legal use of new "breath test" machine to be used on suspected drunk drivers with Uniformed Sgt. William M. Stander, center, while Ann Arbor Municipal Court Judge S. J. Elden listens at right. The men in the foreground are Ann Arbor Police Department command officers who gathered yesterday in City Hall to hear Stander review the operation of the new machine. Stander is one of two sheriff's sergeants who attended a week-long course on the breath device. They will test drunk driving suspects for their department and for city police until Ann Arbor obtains a machine of its own.
