Wet but wonderful! That was how it was for the Wolverines and their fans at Michigan Stadium Saturday as U-M won its big 10 opener with Purdue. By keeping his eye right on the football, Michigan split end Bill Harris (80) makes an outstanding catch of a Don Moorhead pass on the Purdue 12 yard line in the second quarter. Boilermaker defensive back Sam Carter (23) lost sight of the aerial and had his back turned to the play. The pass covered 34 yards and set up a Wolverine touchdown.
