'COME AGAIN SOME OTHER DAY': The ditty asking rain, rain to go away was doubtless sung hopefully by parents all over Ann Arbor this morning as a persistent downpour kept youngsters indoors. Flattened against the wet pane (left to right) are Charlie, 3, Danny, 2 (standing on something), and Teddy, 5. They're the homebound sons of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Kennedy, jr., of 1608 Granger Ave.
