Drive On Overdue Tickets Begins - Ann Arbor Municipal Court Judge S. J. Elden, standing at left, and City Police Lt. Marvin Dann, rear, supervise eight police recruits who yesterday began poring over 20,000 warrants issued for persons who have not paid overdue parking fines. The judge said the recruits spent most of yesterday preparing lists of ticket holders and will begin calling the motorists today. Some drivers who didn't wait to be called, showed up at the ticket headquarters on the sixth floor of City Hall paid over $400 in parking fines.
