Open Fund Drive - Mrs. Harlan Hatcher (center) opened her home yesterday for a tea kicking off the local fund raising drive of the National Foundation March of Dimes. Discussing the drive over tea with Mrs. Hatcher are Mrs. James Bulloch (left) Ann Arbor city campaign chairman, and Mrs. Joseph Webb (right) Ann Arbor city Mothers' March chairman. The local campaign will run through the month.
