UNIVERSITY OFFICIALS SIGN DEED FOR WILLOW RUN AIRPORT: University Vice-president Robert P. Briggs (left), is shown adding his signature to the deed which this morning gave the school possession of Willow Run airport. The document, already signed by President Alexander G. Ruthven (center), was delivered to the University by H. F. Eckfeld (right), regional director of the War Assets Administration in Detroit. The port was given to the University by the WAA.
