Miss Edith Scheffler
Lifelong Resident of Ann Arbor Dies
Miss Edith Scheffler, 69, of 701 W. Liberty St., a lifelong resident of Ann Arbor, died Sunday in a local hospital following a long illness.
Miss Scheffler was born on May 7, 1890, in Ann Arbor, a daughter of Karl A. and Julie Steinburg Scheffler.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Minnie A. Marsh of Ann Arbor; a nephew, Robert Marsh, and a niece, Mrs. Earl Bressler, both of Ann Arbor; and several other nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Miss Scheffler will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Muehlig Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. E. C. Stellhorn officiating.
Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery.
