Mrs. Louise Englehard, of this city, asks for a divorce i'rom her husband, Jv. Ferdinand Englehard, to whom he was married in Illinois in 1869. She came to Ann Arbor in 1891, for the purpose of educating her children ifter she had been deserted by her msband, as she claims. They have flve children, frotn ten to twenty-three years of age, the three youngest of whom are living with their mother and being supported by her. Mrs. Engelhard elaiins that hr husband is in Nebraska, and is wóith $20,000, while she is worth $10,000. The divorce is asked for on the ground of desertion. Mrs. Emma Graham of Dexter township, also wants a divorce from George Graham, to whom she was married in October, 1885, on the ground of extreme cruelty and desertion. Mrs. Mary Kaercher asks for a divorce from Frederick Kaercher on the ground of extreme cruelty. ïhey are Lima parties and were married in 1S80 and have four little girls. She asks for alimony and the guardianship of the children.
