XjAKSINo, Mareh 21. - The suprema conrt Tuesday uiorning rendered a decisión sustaiuing Governor Rich in renioving Secretar y of State Jochim, State Treasurer Hambitzer and Lani Comniissioner Berry for gross negligence in failing personally to canvass the returns on the ainendment election of 1893. A judgment of ouster is entered, to take effect imuiediately. Withiu a few minutes after the decisión of the supreme court Governor Rich announced his appointments to saeceed theni. ïhey are as folio ws: Secretary of state - Washington Gardner of Albion. State treasurer - J. M. Wiikinson of Marquetle. Land oommissioner -W. A. Frencli of Belle, Presque Isle county.
