Littlk Rock, March 29.- Judge Hughes of the supreme court has refused to grant a new trial in the case of Thomas Bradv, aentenced by the Jackson county circuit court to be executed at Newport April (i for the nmrder of j Conductor W. P. McNally. Brady was the leader of the band of desperadoes who held up and robbed an lron Mountain train on Nov. 3, 1893.
