Ata sessionof the Probate Court for tBe Couuty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Urfice in the city of Aun Arbor, on Tbursday, the 29th day of Marcb, in the yearone tnousan} eight hundred and ninety-four. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of David DeForest deceased. On reading and flling the petition, duly verifle-i, of Krank B. DeForest. praying that the admin stration ds bonia non with the will annexed of Baid estáte ma y be granted to Thomas ü. Wallace or soine other suitable persoa . Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the23rd day of April next, at ten o'olock in the forenoon, be assigned for ihe hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, leñatees and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons mterested in eaid estáte are required to appear at a seasion of said court, then to be holden at the -'róbate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be why the priyer of the petitioner shoul'l not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioDer give notioe to the persons intereated in said estáte, uf the pendency of said petition and the hearing tnereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Akbor Argds, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county three fiuccesnive previous to said day of hearing.
