Prettyman, he offered the following: Wliereas, The Common Council of the City of Ann Arbor has learaed with Rreatpleatiuré of the celebration of tlie ninetleth anniversary of the birtlirtay of our illustrious tellow-Oitizen, Ex-Governor Alpheus Felob, and Whereas, the Common Council deerns it titlinir to i'ommeinorate this day and event liy establtablng a perpetual memorial to the pure aiul stainless charaoter, the lofty piirpeí-e- :iiul noble achlevements of this disiiu'j.u Ished man : Now. Therefore.
