CHICAGO, Oct. áo.- Attorneys for the Pullman company iu the quo warranto case wliioh canio up for hearing before Judge Gibbons, lutroduced an iutoresting feature to the litigatlon by asking for a chango of venuc, alleging that the court before whom all the business so far transacted in the case has been conducted is preju&leed agalust the interests of the defenso. ïhe request is based on a book written by the judgo in 1888, called "Land and TL-nure," in which he vory vigorously criticises tho vvhole Pullman enterprise as well as Pullman hiniself. The judge said there was nothing in the book against "any proper Corporation," but the matter was not decided.
