Office of tuk Board of Public Works.) Ann Akuor, Mich., December 12, ls9t.i Regular session. Called to order by Clerk Miller. Jioll called. Present - Messrs. Sehuh and Bullis. Absent - President Clark. On motion of Mr. Bullis, .Air. Sclmh was chosen president pro tem. The minutes of the last regular and spécial scssions were read and apptoved. licnry C. Clark, Geo. W. Cropsey, and William E. Stocking made written applications for the office of street commissionei', whicli were received and filed. The Clerk reported that Mr. Herman Ilutzel wished to withdraw bis name as a candidato for the office of street commissiouer, as he was no candidato for said office. On motion of Mr. Bullis the name of Herman Hntxel was withdrawn f rom the list of files, as the candidate for the office of street comniissioner. City Engineer, Key, submitted his fourth estímate on sewers completed by the contractors in Districts No, 1 and No. 2, amount due Stevenson, Reid & Co. $312. 18, amouut due Herman Hutzel $270.09. Mr. Bullis moved that the estimates made by the city engineer on sewer work completed by the contractors in Districts No. 1 and No. 2, since November 2Sth 1894, be approved. Adopted as follows : Yeas - Messrs. Srliali and Bullis. Mr. Bullis moved that the Clerk is hereby directed to ask the Ann Arbor Water Company to make a written offer to this Board what they will charge lor makiug tap with the water mains and price per foot for % inch iron pipe laid to and connecting witli the sewer flnsh tanks. Adopted as follows : Yeas - Messrs. Schuh and Bullis. Acting street comniissioner Clark, reported that he had engaged the horse and wagon of Mrs. Sutherland at a price, 10 cents per hour. On motion the Board adiourned. Clerk.
