Sends A Warship To Manilla

Hong Kong, Dec. 22.- The Germán warship Irene, with Admiral Tirpitz on board, has sailed for Manilla, under orders from Berlín to protect Germán subjects of other powers in the event of the severe flghüng which is anticlpated there.
